Sim #5 is complete! Boy, you guys up in Kant-land enjoy getting spanked. You’ve even lost to me a number of times!
In fact, four of the six Hegel teams went 7-3 or better this sim and the two who didn’t only went 4-6. In short, in the last ten games the Kant Division is a combined fourteen games under .500 and the best of the lot is AT .500. Spankage!
Standout games this sim:
5/4/02 New York’s Charles Hults throwing 8 innings of 5 hit, 0 run ball while walking none and racking up 7 Ks!
5/3/02 Jersey City putting up one in the bottom of the 12th to beat Marietta 9-8, cuss the luck.
On the injury front Maryland loses Starting Pitcher Robert Newland for the season to a torn bicep! Ouch! Helena lost relief pitcher Samuel Gimenez for the season to a ruptured disc. In addition, Jersey City lost center fielder Benito Parra for a week and New York lost First Baseman Benicio Pineda for seven weeks. That smarts!
The next sim is Wednesday by Mack! Be there!
