I was given the honor of flipping the ceremonial coin (a nickel I found in my desk drawer) to break ties in the draft order and can now provide the following final draft order for the 2004 Amateur Draft. I've added explanations where it's not obvious from the records what the order is.
2004 Draft Order
1. New York (winner of coin flip)
2. Cairo
3. Helena
4. Pittsburgh
5. Jersey City
6. Sylva
7. Stockholm (winner of coin flip)
8. Marietta
9. Winnipeg (league championship series runner up with worse record)
10. Seattle (league championship series runner up with better record)
11. Brooklyn (2003 Socratic League Champion)
12. Maryland (2003 OEL Champion)

Futility has never tasted so sweet. Mack, if you have that nickel, I'd like to frame it.
I miss out on the playoffs by two games, and don't win a single post-season award, but, at least Stockholm won a coin flip this offseason.
