I remember from past discussion that there's a bug in OOTP6.5 regarding prospects with a 1 rating in a skill, and no matter how much coaching they get, they can't improve the 1 (whereas a 2 rating will improve.)
Well, I have a 4-star prospect (William Tyler) with a 1 rating of control in the game (on the web, he has an 8 talent rating for control). His K/BB ratio, while not stellar, is definitely in line with a greater-than-1 rating.
So, I'm asking two things. Can anyone confirm for me that this is a known bug, and, does anyone mind if I petition Nate/Mack to bump the 1 up to a 2?
