In a classic off-season deal Marietta acquires starting pitcher Billy Lowry (12-8 4.75) in exchange for minor league starter Claude Guzman (10-11 3.47 an AA and 1-1 3.86 in three starts at AAA), Marietta's 8th round pick in the upcoming draft, and $4,000,000 cash.
