Sim Delayed

The sim is almost completed, but I can't finish it because there's an owner who has a player whose ten days for assignment has run out. We can't finish sims when that happens because something has to be done with those players before we can advance the sim to the next day.

Please be alert to this and send Nate and I instructions on what to do with these players, so that sims don't get held up. Thanks.
