OEL Series Game Two: Brooklyn ties it up!

Welcome back to the greatest show on turf, baseball fans! Game two proved as exciting as one could imagine!

Brooklyn and Maryland both had seven hits in what would appear to be an even game. But Brooklyn pushed across six runs on the basis of the seven walks allowed by Maryland pitchers. Starter McGurk gave up three walks in his 4.2 innings and reliever hernandez gave up four in his 1.2 innings or work! Not good! Not good at all!

Brooklyn, on the other hand, allowed only two walks by its pitchers and dominated the second half of the game!

The standout offensive performance of the night went to Brooklyn CF Oscar Woodworth who went 2 for 4 and stole three bases in his three times on base! Well done, Oscar! Let's see more of that!

I have simmed both game two and the offday following. Game three will be simmed tomorrow night by me. Then Mack is back on Monday for game four! See you there!
