I feel this strange temptation to just shout ‘NumBER Nine’ over and over somehow.
First off, for the important stuff, I remain mired in the hinterlands of competitiveness while dreaming of the languid Yucatan of the leaderboard. Le sigh.
Jersey City remains up by two in the Socratic League while Seattle extends their lead to five games thus gaining half a game in breathing room. But it’s still May, folks, a lot can happen.
And speaking of things happening…
Several minor injuries this sim but Winnipeg lost starting RF Bryan Blackstock for 9 weeks or more to a torn groin. Ow.
